When winter comes, due to the decrease of air temperature, the oil temperature and grease temperature of the main oil pump of the concrete mixing trailer pump will decrease. Therefore, when operating the concrete mixing trailer pump in winter, we should pay more attention to construction safety and abide by certain operating rules than in summer. So what should we pay attention to when operating the concrete mixing trailer pump? Specifically, the following ten points can be followed:

1、 The concrete mixing trailer pump shall be as close to the construction site as possible. The outlet pressure of the concrete mixing trailer pump is 8Mpa, the horizontal pumping capacity is 200m, and the vertical distance is 70m. Therefore, the construction distance shall not exceed these two distance values. The construction site of motor version and full hydraulic version concrete mixing trailer pump should have convenient, safe and reliable 380V power source, with small construction interference and safe environment.

2、 Understand the construction site and construction requirements, and the cement type, cement dosage, aggregate gradation, water cement ratio and slump in the pumped concrete shall meet the transportation requirements.

3、 Know whether there are additives in the concrete. In particular, it is required that Zui large aggregate shall not be greater than 1 / 3 of the 200 diameter transmission pipeline of the concrete mixing trailer pump.

4、 Check whether the electrical equipment is in good condition, whether various instruments are normal, and the operating switches and buttons of each part are in the specified position.

5、 Check the water volume of the water tank and observe whether there is oil stain and turbidity. If necessary, drain the turbid water and refill it with clean water.

6、 Check whether the hydraulic oil, lubricating oil level, oil quality and oil quantity meet the requirements. If the power is a generator, check its fuel oil, lubricating oil and cooling water.

7、 Check whether there are chores, slag accumulation, grids and mixing blades in the hopper.

8、 Check the clearance of all parts in the valve, adjust it when it exceeds the limit, and check whether the connecting parts are loose.

9、 Check the tightness of the transmission chain to keep it at the specified position. If it is too tight or too loose, it shall be adjusted.

10、 The number of bends shall be minimized in the layout of the delivery pipe of the concrete mixing drag pump, the connection of each pipe must be tight, and the delivery pipe and pump shall be firmly supported to reduce vibration.
